Friday, I plan to get out my individual award predictions and maybe by then there will be some news dropping about Ben Simmons. It’s hard to place where he might end up, he is such a unique player and can fill a number of roles. I have heard the Timberwolves popping up in conversations, the Cavaliers, who have too many starting big men as it is, and Portland as landing spots. It will be interesting to see what sorts of trade packages these teams can put together, but it is clear that Ben Simmons does not want to be in Philly any more, which will ultimately hurt the 76ers return on him. I’ll also be keeping an eye on where Paul Millsap ends up, I am hopeful that his connection with AK and the Bulls makes them a true candidate but I think he ends up going with a contender, either the Nets or the Warriors.
Anyway, that’s all for now. Thanks for reading and until next time, this is ALL NET.
